form Pergola and outside kitchen/barbecue area. This is to
include preparation of the ground area of 110sqm, foundations
for the pergola and store room which was constructed on the
side of the pergola. This was to include land drains and
soak aways. The ground was finished in Aragon Stone Crazy
Paving. To construct store room with tiled roof, render internally
and externally to a flat finish. To build the barbecue area
/ outside kitchen with chimney to include a double barbecue,
sink, gas bottle storage, cooker, fridge, freezer and a stainless
steel counter top and coal storage. To construct pergola
from rustic posts and roof joists, covered with cane, waterproof
membrane and thatch style roof. To supply electrics for outside
lights and sockets. Adapt water supply for sink, irrigation
system and planters
