Project
To strip out the shop and the basement complete, to plaster set all walls and some sections of ceilings, leaving decorative and ornate ceilings in place but carrying out minor fibre and plaster repairs. To re-wire the property complete to IEE regulations 16th edition. To refit all toilet areas complete, to fit kitchen area complete. To supply all necessary services including gas (Corgy). To tile basement floor throughout to include toilet area, lobby, landings etc. To decorate throughout. To construct display unit situated on the first floor, said display unit projecting to the external section of the building with all necessary steel and cantilever supports etc. To create and install vanity area for ladies toilets, to include all floor and wall tiling and mirrors etc. To install vinyl floors to both sets of stairs. To construct display counters and main serving areas, finsihed in black speckled granite and to clad all frontage of service counters with reconstituted stone. To install oak flooring, polished and finished. To install various design mirrors, finished with oak framing. To supply and install display stands, shelvings etc manufactured from oak. To install specialist lighting systems (IEE) and to decorate throughout to clients choice.
