strip of existing roof, install torch on felt membrane and
to supply and install new base tiles and to reinstall tiles
previously set aside.

strip of all roof tiles on both front and rear elevations
of the main building, set aside all tiles for re-use. To
install torch on felt to both elevations whilst repairing
and replacing lead flashings etc. To install new under tiles
and to re-use the tiles previously set aside for the top
tile. To re-mortar verges and reform ridge.
