To strip the property completely to include load bearing walls. To install support steels in place of load bearing walls so as to create enlarged rooms. To construct stud walls and MF ceiling systems throughout. To re-plaster existing structures remaining in situ. Form new openings for window and doors. To carry out specialist steel and concrete repairs.

To complete all finishes once specialists had completed their works such as window manufacturers from Italy.
